Hello - I've had the letter explaining about the switch over to the fibre network from my current 'hardwired' system. I have received the the new Fibre Phone Adaptor and the instructions for: unplugging my main phone cable, installing the new adaptor into the top grey port of my hub and then plugging the telephone cable into the new adaptor. However, my telephone cable from the wall socket to the phone is only about a metre in length but my hub is 3-metres away and I can't get it nearer to my phone! Please can someone provide guidance on what I need to do 'bridge the gap' and get connectivity on or before 31 August 2022 my 'switchover day?
