Hi there,
I was told that home phone line will be switching from traditional copper to fibre (phone connected directly into the SuperHub) and that I'll receive the adapter in the post.
However, the adapter hasn't arrived and nor has the cable to connect the SuperHub to my extension sockets (so the phones/alarm in the rest of the property work).
How can I request replacement cables/adapters that I require?

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.
I have taken a look at our systems and can see your switchover isn't due until 03/10/22. An adapter along with further instructions will be sent closer to the time 🙂
