Hello.
I was given todays date for my phone switch to fibre and I can’t make or receive calls.
I’ve connected the adapter, my phone and rebooted the hub.
I am not getting the phone light on the hub come on. Has my switch been made?

Is your previous phone socket on the wall still working? Your switch may not have happened yet.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community
You may find that the service may work during a different time of the day, as @goslow has advised, does the service not work at all via the wall socket?

Is your old landline wall socket dead?
If it’s still working the switch hasn’t happened yet. If it does not complete by the end of the day it needs reporting.
