I've plugged everything in as requested but it doesn't work, and now doesn't work when I plug it back in the wall. When is the switchover supposed to happen today?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your landline migration to the newer IP phone system.
I'm unable to locate the information from our side. Do you still have the letter that advises you of your migration time and date?
Please ensure you have the adapter plugged into the Tel 1 port at the back of the router and fully reboot your hub.
