Having recently been switched over to fibre for our land line, do I still need to be paying line rental?

Your VM phone service remains the same, as does the cost, just the method of delivery changes (a phone connection from the back of the hub as opposed to a master telephone wall socket).

Your line rental cost would still be present when connected on our 21CV network.
