Please can you switch off the 1571 voicemail service on my landline. I phoned 150 and was told it was not possible but it looks like other people on here have successfully had it deactivated.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with removing the Voicemail feature. It does come as standard with our landlines however if you don't want to take advantage of it, we can remove it for you.
