Supported telephone

Hi I recently order the telephone service, however I'm not sure which telephone I should buy or if VM will provide one on the installation day.

I currently have a hub 3.0, the technician told me it does support the docsis voc phone.

Anyone has any ideia of which device I need to have/buy?

Thanks

Re: Supported telephone

Hello

VM do not provide physical phones, most modern phones will work with no problems, did VM supply the adapter.

Re: Supported telephone

You should be provided with an RJ11 to BT socket adaptor.

Any modern landline phone should operate with the hub.

There are two types to choose from. Permanently corded types are fine if you just want to use the phone next to the hub. If you want to be more mobile there are DECT cordless versions that utilise several handsets from base stations around the house.

Re: Supported telephone

Yes, the guy who connected the broadband left the adapter connected to the hub.
