Superhub 4 telephony disabled

I want to change my phone line from a wall socket to the port in the back of the Superhub 4. When I plug it in, I get nothing. I logged into the hub and it says telephony is disabled. I have tried the website and also calling tech support, but I can't find an easy way to talk to a human.

Can someone help please?

I've already tried rebooting it several times and also several different RJ-11 leads, same problem.

You can't current choose to change it so there isn't a way forward at the moment.

Thanks for the post Cowyed1.

 

It would be a chargeable visit to upgrade the telephone to the 21CV connection although the team are updating them at the same time as any free fault or install visits. 

 

It should work if you plug your handset into the wall socket.
