When I connect the new Superhub 4 it doesn't work. The lights come on as expected and I've waited for 20 minutes. It appears on the WiFi list of my phone, laptop and other devices but shows as "No Internet". If I reconnect the Superhub 2 that works as before.
I've waited several hours for Virgin support both on the phone and webchat but received no response.
Does anyone have any tips for fixing the Superhub 4? Or any way of extracting any form of support from Virgin?
