Sorry for the problems you're having in access the Hub settings. I would firstly suggest that you perform a reset. To do this hold something long and thin like an open paperclip into the reset hole firmly for 30 seconds. If this doesn't fix this then let us know and we'll send you a replacement.

The reset worked for a short period but the problem has returned. Also the 2G WiFi channel has stopped working now as well as not being able to access the GUI. Can you send a new superhub to us please as I work from home and am concerned with the reliability and longevity of this hub. Many thanks, David.
