Stll no landline

Despite quick engineer visit , was told “back office to sort problem with line”

should have been fixed yesterday, surprise surprise, no fix

we now have bare wires hanging out of external junction box, which is open

how about virgin come and collect their equipment so we can sign up with a company that actually cares about its vulnerable customers

you are a disgrace virgin media

I was told that someone would sort it the next day, yet ten days later, NOTHING

Hi

My name is craig I'm field tech for virginmedia.

If you say all wires hanging out of the junction box.

I'm guessing the tech has referred this to the network department who look after the cabs

If anything been cut or damaged in there it might all need replacing which is not a quick easy fix.
