should have been fixed yesterday, surprise surprise, no fix
we now have bare wires hanging out of external junction box, which is open
how about virgin come and collect their equipment so we can sign up with a company that actually cares about its vulnerable customers

I'm guessing the tech has referred this to the network department who look after the cabs
If anything been cut or damaged in there it might all need replacing which is not a quick easy fix.
