Hi, I have had ongoing issues with my landline since the beginning of November, now after one engineer visit and two attempts to pull in a new cable (2nd successful I think) I still have no landline at all, since 29/12, I think I have an engineer appointment booked for the 18/1, could someone let me know if that is correct.

Hi, the landline has finally been fixed on the 17th Jan but I no longer have caller ID, which was there before all the problems. Who do I need to contact to get that fixed? can it be done through you? The landline has had intermittent problems since the beginning of November, with no line at all since 29th December so is there a compensation scheme available to cover this because I've been paying for it all through it not working.

Hi Roger, thanks for coming back to us and confirming the phone line is fixed. The caller ID has been re-added in the background for you, so should now be working. Compensation is only credited for total loss of service so I shall PM you now to discuss this
