Something is being delivered tomorrow

It might be something to do with the switch over BUT I already have a adapter, the phone has a RJ11 plug so does not need a adapter and also I have a Hub 3  What else can it be ?

I'm so sorry for any confusion regarding your delivery, to confirm, have we sent an adapter already? Have you been able to check the delivery on your My Virgin Media page?

Just another cord and adapter.

I told them I already have a adapter and cord and that I dont need one anyway  BUT they still send me another on

At least it was not another Hub
