I have been caught in the coronavirus lockdown for the last 8 months in Malaysia. I have been paying for my Virgin services all these months without using any of it.I have tried to contact Virgin Media via email and has had no response from them.
It looks like I would be caught in this lockdown for at least the next few months. I would like to either suspend or terminate my broadband services as I am paying for nothing.
Any helpful suggestions would be welcomed. I am aware I can telephone them from Malaysia, but it will cost a small fortune.
Trying to email VM is not going to help as they do not have email support, you can cancel your contract by mail at Virgin Media Sales Operation Support, Diamond Plaza, Daleside Road, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG2 3GG
