Selective incoming mobile calls

Hi,

since 2018 one number could not call me but I could call them (my boss), so it was pretty infuriating. Now my new boss can’t call me either and just get this number is not available and a recruiter has also told me they have had the same problem today too.

I changed phones this year to a new iPhone 8 but the same problem persists.

Do I need to leave Virgin so that anyone can call me?

Disappointing to hear that you are having issues with certain numbers trying to call you. 

 

Can I ask to make sure that you have not accidentally blocked the particular number trying to call you? 

 

Are you able to call that number yourself? 


Can you please do a manual network search and test again?

 

If that's still not working, are you able to test the sim in another handset so we can see if the issue persists? 

 

I appreciate that's a lot of questions, we just need as much information as possible.

Checked that.

done, no different

I bought a new phone in October, issue still persists and got a new sim in April from Virgin and no difference
