Seeing outgoing calls on the landline phone when we do not have a phone connected.

Hi, 

I have been looking at my bills online, and I have noticed that I am being charged for calls going out, when I do not have a landline phone connected at all!

They are always exactly either 1 minute long or 2 minutes long, and they are always to the following numbers.

123 - as in the clock
0161 221 1111
0161 211 1212
0161 333 2111
0161 211 2133
0161 244 6411

What is going on?
