I’m a new customer for virgin, been set up for just over a week, and already receiving dodgy phone calls from 0151 2009689 and 01502 735384, they obviously have my phone number and some basic details, Indian lady, very basic English, asking about my broadband speeds being lower or faulty, I told her I had no issues and she hung up.
Calling the numbers back you get a message saying I’ve dialled incorrect number
worrying as I’ve been with virgin just over a week and getting scam calls but can’t find anywhere to report it or ask how they have details of virgin customers except on here
I'm sorry to hear about the calls and understand that they are a nuisance. We have been made aware of such calls where someone pretends they're from Virgin Media but they are not and may be trying to obtain personal information.
