On my bill there was a call for £60 pound to a Nigerian number. I did not make this call, is there anything I can do about it?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your call charges. 

 

Are you able to let me know how your landline is connected? Is this via the traditional wall socket or via the hub?
