Hi text to say fault fixed and to restart equipment and wait 30 mins. What do they mean by that? Phone line is not plugged in to router?

Hey @TinaFS,
That sounds like it was an area fault that included broadband and tv connections, you wouldn't need to do anything with your phone line.
Is your phone line back up and running yet?

No still not working. Our TV and broadband were fine no problems with them.

Yes it is now thanks. A engineer was sent to resolve the problem although we didnt see them. Only took 6 days of no landline!
