Ring length time

Hi how can I extend the amount of rings my landline phone rings for it and only ring 4 times then cuts off please can I get it put the maximum length ?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the cutting out of the phone line.
May I ask if you have the traditional landline on the copper line or are on the new VOIP lines connected through the Virgin Media hub?

It's just box standard copper line and only rings for around 10 seconds
