Return of old VM HUB

Tuning in

VM sent a text reminder asking me to return my old hub after installing the new hub supplied. I have tried replying to the text with tracking details for the old hub which was returned on 15 April 2022 by Yodel Collect + however the text fails to send. 
How am I supposed to respond if I can’t get the text to send?
