I've had my phone and broadband with Virgin for 12 months and I made a mistake in removing my phone from my package - I became aware of my error when I noticed yesterday the phone line was dead.
I contacted Virgin yesterday and requested for the phone to re reinstated onto my package - The advisor has arranged for an engineer to complete same on Tuesday afternoon - order ref is 11156229.
This morning I noticed our phone is now working but the telephone number has changed. When I spoke to the advisor yesterday, I specifically requested for our previous number to be retained.
Will this be something the Virgin Engineer will resolve when he calls out on Tuesday afternoon?
