Request VOIP instead of wall socket

Hi

Is it possible for my Virgin Hub 3.0 to have the telephony option enabled for me to plug my phone in to the my Hub, instead of my wall socket? It currently shows as Telephony (Disabled) on the router page.

I'm reading conflicting things that everyone should have the ability, to only people who are in the Purple Zone, etc.

It would help me hugely due to the layout of my house if I were able to get it enabled

they will not change it on request. they will in time during roll outs or for new installs. if you have a POT (old type) line that is what you need to use
