Report that your landline isn't working.

Hi,

How are you supposed to report a landline not working.  I have no dial tone and have plugged the phone into the inner socket after taking the front off the phone wall socket (I'm not using the hub).

It's been like this for over a couple of weeks now.

The url at

offers no option to actually *report* the fault.
