My phone is connected via the hub. I've purchased a new phone and when I plug this in, it says line in use. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry to hear of the error message when connecting the new handset. Can you please confirm if you've been able to reboot or even reset the hub to see if this clears the message on the new handset?
