Hi, can anyone help me remove the Virgin voicemail service on a landline on behalf of my elderly parents please ? They recently moved from BT to Virgin and they have an answer machine already installed on their BT phone and have been using this for years. For some reason they have been automatically switched to the Virgin voicemail service and due to their age they prefer to stick to using the existing voicemail service which they know how to use.
They are not internet savvy and do not have an online Virgin account. They also cannot get through to speak to anyone on the helpline. Would like to get this service removed for them as they tell me they have missed several calls that have gone to voicemail and it’s causing unnecessary stress.
