Hi, in trying to remove strain from your customer services (you say you wish to reserve these for the vulnerable, which is admirable) I'm posting this request here.
Can I have the voicemail service removed from my landline quickly?
As with many others I am now working from home, and will go without work, or pay, should this not be done ASAP.
I'm aware others have requested this with mixed responses, but most have been replied to by a service advisor who was able to take action. Thus it is possible for virgin advisers on this forum to take action.
