As we have gone over to using the hub for the phone  can I remove the master socket to make my wiring more convenient?

Hi @baralasmi,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

We would advise against removing the master socket yourself as this would be tampering with and damaging our equipment. However, if you'd like we can send out a technician to perform this work for you but there would be a £25 call out fee.

Let us know if you'd like to go ahead with that.

Thanks,
