Rejoined VM day after contract expired, Telephone Number wrong.
Morning everyone, My contract with VM expired on 17th July and everything was disconnected. 18th July rang up VM spoke to a helpful gent who said he would get everything turned back on and working same package as before and I would keep my old Telephone Number which i have had with VM for 16 years.
Yesterday I rang in to check out the status as the phone wasnt working, He said it would be working by end of the day and it was great news.
Only trouble is its a new number, We would like to have our old number Could someone change this for us please.
