After my Uncle died I was told by virgin that they would sort everything out, clearly they didn't actually mean that. So my bill came to a whopping 146.00 pound, when I had asked for instalments. Thanks Virgin I trusted you more fool me!
Going to write another complaint and take it to a financial ombudsman, had enough of being told one thing and someone doing something else.
Please forum members if your going to be sarcastic I am not reading your unhelpful advice, I will only speak to the Virgin Team over this.
