Planning to have landline removed. Is there a way to redirect calls coming in after that or redirect callers if the line is not there?

Hi @SP60
Thanks for your reply
Can you elaborate on what you mean by bare minimum please? You would be able to reduce your package to a lower bundle if you wanted to reduce the cost, but disconnecting the landline would essentially mean your number is completely gone.

Hi @SP60
Thanks for posting on our community forum and good afternoon to you!
If you was removing the landline completely there wouldn't be a way at all to use any call features or redirecting callers as the line would be fully disconnected and inaccessible. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Presumably I can keep it on "bare minimum" like PAYG?

The differences in VM's landline service depend on what kind of call plans you buy as an add-on. The basic plan which everyone gets by default is 'Talk Weekends'

If you opt out of having a landline and remove it from your package, you lose your landline number altogether. You have no further access to it, it ends up going back into a pool of numbers owned by VM and will ultimately be allocated to someone else.
