Red phone symbol flashing on hub 3 no phone no internet
Red phone symbol is flashing on hub 3 no phone signal no internet have turned off and rebooted numerous times still the same pin hole reset numerous times as well still not working any ideas ? Checked service in area all fine virgin test of equipment can't find anything wrong

There appear to be a couple of factors at work at the moment. I can see that there's a provisioning issue with your landline, so I'll go ahead and flag this with our specialised telephony team. There's also a network fault flagged which is affecting your services and will need an engineer to resolve. It looks like you've already been able to arrange an engineer visit for this, but please do let us know if you need any further help.
