Ready to scream - cannot login and landline phone broken
I cannot login to may account to report this, found usename, cached password does not work, my valid bill details are not recognised to retrieve the account, my land phone will work normally if I call it from my mobile and answer it, but never makes a ring noise so I don't know anyone is calling, I have spent 3 or 4 hours trying to read up and fix this, and have tried multiple phone units and has same issue, my mobile states conditional forwarding activated on any handset, can you fix my phone and my account
