Re: no dailing tone on home line

last 3 weeks no home phone relying on mobile, called virgin many times, after 30 mins holding  someone answers seems to be from abroad, the they say will check and hold the line, and after a few minutes message appears  call failed

tried to recall and again wait 30 minutes and then same things happen 

surely virgin can call back on number I called from and sort out the problem

Sorry to hear of the phone line issues. I can see there is an outage, expected to be fixed in 4-6 hours.
