Can you turn off the voice mail please

If you wish to switch of your free voicemail, please call 1571 and choose the option to cancel Free Voicemail as advised here

Hi , it tried that number 1571, but it only for mobiles , we don't have  virgin mob, its the voice mail on the landline which needs switched off

We can switch it off from here if you like.

It's just a matter of passing security on the account. 

Removing the feature and waiting 24 hours.

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
