I would appreciate it if someone looked at my landline, it's been out for days, here in Cambridge, I don't own a mobile and the landline is my main telephone contact for family and work. I have to say I am disattisfied with there being no way of emailing virgin to at least let them know of the issue.

I've moved your post to a new thread. The one you jumped in on was specifically to do with issue for NHS key workers. Jumping in just clouds the issue for them and you.

Your issue can get attended to here in due course when the VM team here pick it up. It won't be speedy. That is not how the Forum works.

Please could you give a bit more detail of what is happening to your phone. This can help us determine what the issue is and how to fix it.

 

Can you make and receive calls from the line?

 

Do you have dial tone, when pick up the line to make a call out?

Do you know what happens when somebody tries to call you?
