since 3 days ago my landline is dead. @80anb, semi-deaf , on a crutch each, 2 oaps, me & my wife are both vulnerable & await NHS hospitals telephone consultation on covid19. send your engineer immediately & issue me a mew landline no as [MOD EDIT: PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED] taken 4days ago bu useless TalkTalk whom I also sack for failing to take over immediately from you to continue my landline services as before but instead, it gets worse & landline/wall sockets still dead as a dodo..
