I am also so frustrated that I still cannot report a landline fault for over 2 weeks.  How can Virgin Media expect me to pay for a service which I'm not getting?

Welcome, thanks for joining the thread.

I am sorry that your landline is not working.

Have you tried using a different handset or checking the power source? Also can you expand on what faults the landline has? E.G can't be heard/hear, Noisy line etc.

No dial tone... my phone just shows a Check Phone Line status

Ok..the phone line lasted 3 weeks.. and now it’s gone again.

i dont think anyone actually answered my original question of how to report a landline fault.. i know the mods have been really helpful but i dont know why i have to post in a community forum instead of contacting VirginMedia directly without paying for 0845 number!

Sorry to hear that the line has gone down again. You can report a Landline fault by calling 0345 454 1111 (normally inclusive with most providers, please double check with your provider) or by texting us on +44753 305 1809.

At present, I can see you're currently speaking with Hayley regarding this. Please continue to discuss this further there.

0345 is also chargeable on my mobile, I’ve already used up all airtime credits on the 0845 number. Dont know what I would do without you mods - so thank you so much!

Really sorry about it being chargeable! The text number provided previously would be at a standard text rate. Alternatively, if you have WhatsApp you can always pop us a message on +447305 327 112 - saves any charges being incurred! 🙂
