I recently lost a phone bought from Apple.
The insurance is asking for proof of usage / barring of the phone or refusal email .

Sorry to hear of the handset recently going missing.
We would have to advise that sadly we don't have the facility to offer proof of barring of a handset.
If you wanted proof of usage, this can be found via your self-care account and simply downloading your bill.

Unfortunately, the proof of usage is not having what they are asking for.
Can I request an email with the confirmation that virgin is unable to provide a proof of baring?

I do need a confirmation of something David.
The insurance is asking for proof of usage( it needs to show in which device was ) , or proof of barring , or confirmation that virgin does not provide anything.
