Are you looking to do either of these requests specifically?
If you're looking to port your old home phone number in to us, we'll need the following details:
The name of your old home phone provider
The Universal Account Number (UAN) from the previous provider
The phone number you want to move to us
You'll then need to fill out a form, which can be found here, along with some more information.
If you're looking to port your home phone number out of Virgin to another provider, this is something that you'll have to arrange with your new landline service provider. They'll then send a request over to us asking to take the number over, providing that the existing line with the number you want to keep is still active with us. Once the number port has complete, we'll then automatically stop your landline service.
