Hi, I have recently renewed my contract with Virgin Media and my Call Divert has stopped working, yet it is included in my contract. Could someone look into this for me. Thanks

Thanks for popping back to our Community; sorry that you're having some issues with your Call Divert at the moment.
I have been able to locate your account from your forum information to do a few checks; I can see that the feature is still on your line, it's all provisioned but just not been activated as yet.
