can I have some help please. We also have no dial tone and cannot ring out, when I call my landline from my mobile it rings like you would expect but the land line does not ring. My phone is displaying check line. I have been online and it’s suggested an engineer, we went through the process and right at the end it’s says to book online. When online it’s says to call !?

Very sorry you're having issues with your landline, this isn't good.
I've also ran some checks on the back end of your services using the details you've signed up to our community with and I've had to book an engineer. I have booked the next available slot, you'll need to log into your online account to view the details and you can rearrange if it doesn't suit. Please ensure somebody over the age of 18 is in the property at the time.
