My home phone is connected to my hub and I can't make outgoing calls just get an engaged sound. I can recieve calls but I have 2 children with autism and need to stay in contact with the schools. I've rang customer services and they weren't helpful at all and I've checked all wires and service status and nothing wrong with them.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to our Community Forums.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues when trying to make calls. I've taken a look on our side and can see there was a known problem which was causing this, and this has now been resolved.
I can see your Hub hasn't been rebooted since then - can you please try switching it off at the back, waiting for 30 seconds and then switching it back on again?
