We noticed that after the engineer had been to fix the adaptor (my phone is downstairs and router upstairs) that our printer was not printing. It will print from a scan but not the computer. Checked all the sockets etc. Could this be anything to do with the adaptor or router..if not we will have to get it repaired.

If this is a Wi-Fi connected printer, check the printer is still connecting to the Hub.
If this is not a Wi-Fi printer, please explain how it is configured ( via network cable / PC via USB to Printer / etc ... )

Sorry to hear that your printer is experiencing issues with connecting to the Wi-Fi, are any other devices affected?
Also is the Hub's Wi-Fi band split?
