Was told that my old phone number had been ported on the 13th Nov, but my phone wasn't working at all until this week.
Now that it is working, I can see that my old number has NOT been ported at all, and I am still on the temporary number assigned by Virgin.
My previous number was also provided by Virgin, and we have not moved home so why is it proving so difficult to complete this task?
Can someone please tell me why the number has not been ported, and when it is actually due to be done?
