Hi,
I joined virgin media for broadband and landline on 28th June but my old number hasnt been transfered.i checked and i have been issued with the new number.i am sure and remmeber that i asked for my old number to be transfered over.
Can some one please guide and help.

It can take anywhere up to 10-15 days for a landline port to happen.
But, importantly, which provider are you porting the number from, and even more importantly please tell me that you haven’t contacted them to already to cancel your service with them!

Hi, i am porting number from NowTv. I did not call NowTv to cancell the contract and also no communication from Virgin to advise that line porting is under process.

Number ports are usually raised once the service is active and with the days that @jem101 has advised above, it will be completed within.
