Potential VMBroadband new Customer

Hello

Thinking of joining VM Broadband as it has just become available on my road, the door to door sales person cannot answer the following question.

Looking at taking the 1Gig offering only, currently Broadband and Home phone landline is with Plusnet. Once I have joined Virgin, can I migrate my BT (now Plusnet same really!) landline across to Virgin VOIP, keeping my number.

Apparently I am told that is not a service being offered to me at the moment???

Hi there schphase,

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

Many apologies for any confusion, at the moment with our 21CV phoneline services, there is a pause on all switchovers to that service. 

However to clarify, if you were looking to transfer your landline over then we can perform a request for that matter with usual circumstances of course.
