I signed up for the ultimate oomph recently, and while all details were supplied when I signed up, I have received a text asking for my phone number and postcode to port it over.
however, I’m afraid I’ve phoned this number twice and on both occasions struggled with the very strong accent (Indian?)
this has created a barrier for me completing the port. Can somebody advise if I can email the details for this to be completed?
