Porting number.

Hi, 

Had my install on 27th. Was delayed by a couple of weeks. My BT number still hasn't moved across. 

There's a £25 credit on my bill atm for a delay but I'm not sure if this is for the number porting or the original delay. 

My BT number is still live and working and obviously I'd like to stop paying for it ASAP. 

Just wondering if the port is still going ahead or if I need to do something.

Hello

Normally a line port will take 10 days once you line is active with Virginmedia so should be done by the 6th November this in line with the Ofcom rules.

Hi at the moment both lines still work. My old number is still live on the BT socket. 

The Virgin line works too but on a new number.
