Hi, I got Virgin Bb, Phone and Tv installed 1/10/20 with my number ported from Sky, If I use my phone connected to my virgin hub 3.0 it uses the ported number but my sky phone line and broadband are still active so if people phone me it’s directed to the sky line. I contacted Sky and they say they are waiting for virgin to take over the line. Any ideas who to contact now?
Hi, thanks for your reply, I contacted Sky on Friday night, but they don’t seem to have any answers. I understand normally my new provider would take over the phone line but is it different with virgin, due to me using the fibre connection for my new phone line
